KOPIVOSIHAN TOUN VAGU!

KOPIVOSIHAN TOUN VAGU-HAPPY NEW YEAR
Last night we had a good moment together during new year celebration in our church until 1.30am..and the message that being shared yesterday was really meant to me and yes i believe the same thing happened to others.

TERUS PANDANG YESUS
1. Sentiasa Mengucap Syukur (1 Tesalonika 5:18)

-Dalam apapun hal yang akan kita hadapi di tahun 2012-susah atau senang-Belajarlah bersyukur!

-Disaat kita mengucap syukur kepada Tuhan sebenarnya kita sedang memuliakanNya

2.Yesus Harus Menjadi Dasar Hidup (1 Kor 3:11)

Biarkan Tuhan memegang kehidupanmu

Beloved,

As we enter 2012, let us start right. We must get right with God first and come back to the right track. No matter what we had done on 2011 let us forget what drag us away from our Heavenly Father and start listen to Him!

Today as we sang this song during our first service I cried because this song reminds me of who am I..a good reminder that without God I am nothing.

Bukan Dengan Kekuatanku

Bukan dengan kekuatanku
Ku dapat jalani hidupku
Tanpa Tuhan yang di sampingku
Ku tak mampu sendiri
Engkaulah kuatku...
Yang menopangku

Ku pandang wajahMu dan berseru
Pertolonganku datang dariMu
Peganglah tanganku jangan lepaskan
Kaulah harapan dalam hidupku

STRENGTH

God Is The Strength Of My Heart

Whom have I in heaven but You?
There is nothing on earth I desire beside You
My heart and my strength,
Many times they fail
But there is one Truth that always will prevail

God is the strength of my heart
God is the strength of my heart
God is the strength of my heart
And my portion forever
God is the strength of my heart
God is the strength of my heart
God is the strength of my heart
And my portion forever, forever...

Love Letter from Daddy

Seek after Me

My Princess,

I will wait for you as long as it takes. There is nothing that pleases Me more than when you, My princess, seek after Me. Like a lonely traveler seeking shelter from a storm, come to Me. Take comfort under My roof. Find security within My walls. Let Me be your hiding place. That is what I created you for. You were never meant to wander the cold, lonely streets of life alone.

So seek Me in the morning, and seek Me throughout the day and into the evening. Pursue Me with all your heart. When you do, you will find more than shelter. You will find a place to lay down your burdens and rest. You will also discover that I have been pursuing you all along.

Love,
Your King and your Shelter

B.E.L.I.E.V.E---T.R.U.S.T

"When you really want to trust God, it means there is no Plan B"
                                                                                      Teresa Conlon

Is it hard to really believing and trusting God?
As for me many times i gotta say yes..but this few days again God reminded me to keep on trusting Him.
Reminder! without reminder we will forget. that's the use of reminder right :)

Lack of self esteem
Not sure
Doubting
what else that stopped me believing..i guess many more but this the most hahha

Like what Teresa said in her sermon "trusting God";
"Go doesn't need us to fully understand Him before we trust Him.
We don't have to know the whole picture and then we trust Him.
FIRST PUT YOUR TRUST IN GOD in whatever circumstances!
Then declare to the Lord that you are trusting Him in it"

When I don't understand many things..i really want to find the answers but couldn't find any of the answer. and Daddy told me,
"when you don't understand-trust Me"

for HE KNOWS AND I TRUST every single things that happens is in His control.
so now trust God for your future..no matter how its gonna look like-He planned the best  for us.

Happy Christmas!

Happy Christmas!!!

Its December!!!! Christmas mode is on yeah!
Can’t wait to go back and celebrate with my big family.
So yeah this few weeks I’ve been involved with quite numbers of events and activity and yeah its tiring of course yet i have so much fun haha.
Let me start with my volunteer work with Malaysian association of the bind. We helped them during the sport carnival and that was my first experience working with people who has visual impairment. Its not easy though but i learnt a lot! The first thing that really caught my mind was-they are so close with each other like family wow.and they are so humble even some of them are with high position in their workplace. So yeah let me share i did during the carnival. I was helping out for the ping pong game..which my first experience also playing different that type of ping pong. They were so cool ..they play so well and yeah they are very sensitive with the surroundings..salute them! I met one Rungusan yahoo..ada juga bha haha. It was fun to hang around with them..and yeah since i am in this field i still need to learn more to understand them and their difficulties. They are strong and very confident with themselves. And I really thank God for this opportunity to be able serving them!

My recent visit to one school..the kids amazed me.they are so cute-adorable-and joyful.even with the hard situation they being living for but they still can show the joy in their face. God’s love is in them and thats why i can say that this visit was my first Christmas present for this year..i learn this language:

Ken Nang Hong Ngai-I Love You

Its hard for me to pronounce this correctly but i think the kids understood haha. I’ve been looking for this opportunity long time a go but only now i have the chance to join...should put this kind of visit in my yearly planner next year haha.
Many more activity ahead but I thank God that everytime He strengthens me all the time and I thank God for each people around me who just made my day.love u guys :)

He is Faithful!

I really want to share one great testimony of my church member. Someone who very simple, small like me but her faith was amazing! She had a cancer and today finally she is done with her 12 times chemotherapy treatment which I am sure it wasn't easy as we think right. but today during our prayer meeting, she came up in front and what I clearly remember she said this:
"when I am weak I am grateful and because of that I still can offer my gratitude to God for He has being good to me during this hard time"

As I sitting at my place, I was wondering would I be like her-stand firm and faithful to God just like what God has done to her,me and each one of us?
Thank God for the testimony shared..it really remind me to always be grateful and walk faithfully with You.
GOD IS GOOD!

13 PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS ON HOW TO LET GO OF WORRY

13 PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS ON HOW TO LET GO OF WORRY

Living in a fallen world gives you lots to worry about, but living in a relationship with Jesus can free you from ever having to worry about anything. No matter what happens in your life, you don’t have to worry about it if you choose to rely on Jesus to help you manage it and find peace in the process.

So if you’ve been in the habit of worrying, let go of worry and embrace the peace that Jesus offers you. Here’s how:

1.Recognize how little worry can help you.

Worry doesn’t have the power to prevent anything bad from happening in your life. Also, the bad things that you worry about may never end up happening, and many good things can happen instead. So worry is completely useless.

2.Recognize how much worry harms you.

Worrying doesn’t benefit you in any way, but it does harm you in many ways. Worry harms your health physically (such as by contributing to high blood pressure, causing insomnia, and suppressing your immune system), mentally (by sending a stream of negative thoughts into your mind), and spiritually (by encouraging fear rather than faith in God). Worry also wastes valuable time and energy that you could be using for better activities.

3.Distinguish between worry and concern.

While it’s healthy to be concerned about something, it’s unhealthy to worry about it. That’s because concern motivates you to do something to solve problems or plan helpful ways to cope with them, but worry keeps you stuck on problems and distracts you from planning any helpful ways of dealing with them.

4.Identify what triggers worry in your life.

You can begin to worry whenever: you encounter a situation that feels out of control; you feel vulnerable or powerless; you let your imagination run away with negative thoughts about what may happen in the future; or you experience a loss that’s traumatic, difficult, or unexpected. Once you understand what triggers worry in your life, you can begin to guard against worry in those situations.

5.Make a crucial choice.

No matter how hard you try, you can’t stop bad things from happening, because you live in a fallen world. However, you do have the choice of how you respond to whatever happens. You can decide to stop dwelling on worrisome thoughts after they enter your mind, and to pray about those thoughts instead, inviting God to work in the situation about which you had been worrying. Choose to pray instead of worrying.

6.Trust God to deal with what worries you.

Since God wants the best for you, is always with you, and has the power to do anything, you can trust any worrisome situation to Him and invite Him to work it out for the best. When you struggle to trust God with something that’s worrying you, ask God to reveal whatever unbelief or unhealed wounds may be preventing you from trusting Him completely. Confess those to God and ask Him to give you the faith and healing you need.

7.Change your worrisome thoughts rather than suppressing them.

The more you try not to think about something that worries you, the more preoccupied your mind becomes with that thought, which makes you think about it even more. So suppressing thoughts about your worries doesn’t work. Instead, pray for the Holy Spirit to renew your mind and help you evaluate how every thought that enters it compares to biblical truth. When the Holy Spirit shows you that a worrisome thought doesn’t reflect what’s true, you can replace that thought with a new thought that’s based on the reality of what God says is true.

8.Develop healthier lifestyle habits.

Unhealthy lifestyle habits may make you more prone to worrying than you would be if you took care of yourself the way God intends. So eat nutritious meals, drink plenty of water, reduce or eliminate alcohol and caffeine, avoid smoking, get plenty of sleep, exercise regularly, say “no” to activities that you don’t really want to do or can’t reasonably handle in your schedule, and practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and releasing tension in your muscles.

9.Look beyond your circumstances to God.

When you focus your thoughts too much on your circumstances, it’s easy for your mind to wander off into worrying. But if you focus on God – who is in control of your circumstances – you’ll get to know more about His great power and love, which will help you see that it makes sense to stop worrying and start trusting God more.

10.Use prayer and meditation to reduce stress and anxiety.

Brain scans and EEG monitoring have both shown that praying and meditating can significantly reduce the stress and anxiety that can trigger worry. Pray regularly about whatever concerns you, and meditate on Bible verses that describe God’s comforting promises to you.

11.Keep in mind that everything is possible when you believe.

You don’t have to worry when you remember that God is working on your behalf, because God can do anything to help you. Choose to believe that God will do what’s best for you; place your hope in Him.

12.Live in the moment.

Worry focuses your attention on the future, anticipating negative events that may never happen, and which you can’t prevent if they do happen. Decide to live in the present, taking one day at a time as Jesus says you should do, trusting that He will empower you to handle every worrisome situation that comes your way.

13.Cultivate contentment.

If you’re not content with your life the way it is right now, you’ll be prone to worry. Ask God to teach you to be content with whatever circumstances you encounter. Focus on the fact that God is always with you, place your confidence in God’s goodness, and trust Him to accomplish good purposes through whatever type of circumstances you go through at any given time. Make a habit of noticing the many ways that God is blessing you every day, and then expressing your thanks to God for your relationship with Him and the blessings that He is constantly giving you.

Set Your Boundaries

My Princess,
Come to Me, My precious, when you feel out of control and overextended. I want to take you to a place where you can be still and reflect on your life. I did not call you to be everything to everyone. You have placed that demand on yourself. Even My son, Jesus, needed to walk away from the demands of the crowd and find comfort alone with Me.

Let's write out what really matters most to you, so we can draw some boundaries to preserve your peace of mind and purpose for living. Even I drew the boundaries around the mighty ocean. It's good to take control of your valuable time and realize it's all right to say no. That one word will deliver you from a life of pressure to a place of amazing control and peace.

Love,
Your King who knows your boundaries
